FRANKFORT, Ky. (WLKY) —
A Louisville Republican said he plans to revive a bill to legalize medical marijuana in Kentucky.
Rep. Jason Nemes told lawmakers Friday about changes he is making to help the bill pass.
The new bill will have stricter rules on possessing medical marijuana, decreasing the supply patients can have and requiring them to carry their card any time they have marijuana in their possession.
